Lots of temp files on C

I have like thousands of temp files that didn't delete during disk cleanup (Which did free 26 gigs, holy crap)
on C created within two days at different times. They are from 2007 and say pos(and a #). Can I delete them or could they be important?

Can't be that important if they're in temp.

I don't know exactly what temp files consist of but it won't fuck your PC is you delete them.

Give them the boot.

Try CCleaner. If they're safe to delete it'll probably get them.
