It can't update download any Microsoft products, download.microsoft.com doesn't work either.

(I know my Laptop sucks, I do have an awesome PC, but I only use it to run servers but I am concerned about this problem.)
maybe its just outdated. get drivers updates and all that good stuff.

Did you buy your OS or no?Did it come with the laptop?

It came with my Laptop.
And my Drivers are up to date.
You have to go to the place you bought it, any problem like this is their fault.
