• Highly customizable character type of games?

So I really, really like the ability to make my own character, give it a face of it's own and maybe even assign a specialization like a sniper or warrior, whatever. Anyway, so far I've plowed through Oblivion, Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect(s) and Skyrim. Was thinking if y'all knew any other this kinda games because I'm kind of running out of them. Preferably some kind of single-player RPG like Elder Scrolls or Dragon Age/Mass Effect. If S.T.A.L.K.E.R would let you make your own character, I would classify that partially in this too since you get to choose whether to be a huge douche or an angel with wings etc. You know, build character. As an afterthought, Sims is not really what I'm looking for.
Morrowind?
Saints row 3 [editline]4th March 2012[/editline] and 2 [editline]4th March 2012[/editline] don't know about 1
How about Sims 2
How about Sims 2
I guess that does fit my vague description, should've made it a bit more accurate. I have a feeling you were joking, tho'
Fallout 3 or new vegas, preferably new vegas. You get to be a doushbag or a goody two shoe
Fallout 3 or new vegas, preferably new vegas. You get to be a doushbag or a goody two shoe
Full spectrum of video game morality right there
Guildwars 2 when it comes out maybe?
Pretty much every roguelike If you don't care about graphics.
New Vegas, Deus Ex
Mount and Blade.
runescape
Graffiti Kingdom is basically a 3D model creator with a cheap adventure game thrown in. Very fun and highly customizable if you can draw well.
sinp
OBLIVION [editline]5th March 2012[/editline] best character creation system
I never played it so I can't say if it's good or not, but if you're just doing it for char customization then APB Just look at that.
Tony Hawk's Underground, Underground 2, and American Wasteland
skyrim.
Not on PC? Dark Souls.
The Godfather is pretty good.

It's really only good if you pay to unlock all the extra customization stuff. Otherwise it's "ok". But yeah, there doesn't really seem to be a lot of games that allow deep character customization that are also good.
Saints row 3
The SR3 character customization was such a bummer to me, SR2 is a bit better in my opinion. The hair selection is utter shit in SR3 as well.
New Vegas, Deus Ex
I didn't know Deus Ex allowed you to modify how your character looks.
OBLIVION [editline]5th March 2012[/editline] best character creation system
I already played through that, read the OP.
Not on PC? Dark Souls.
PC only.
The SR3 character customization was such a bummer to me, SR2 is a bit better in my opinion. From all I've heard about Saints Row 3 it just sounds like GTA on weed or something. And if the customization isn't that good either, I think I'll skip it.
Planescape: Torment? You don't design the look of your character but design his fate and the fate of those around you, has great writing and story in the game with different endings n shit. And you can specialize him of course, the game is more about adventure and choices though rather than straight up combat, in fact, I think you can beat the game without a single fight.
