So is it just like regular skin that looks like that?
If so I do get stuff like that from time to time, I think its some kinda bruising. I typically notice it after doing stuff that has me carrying heavy loads over a small area like on my shoulders, sometimes on my arms when I'm bringing all the groceries in in one trip.
