good, consoles have had enough exclusives, there's over twenty gundam games I'd buy in a heartbeat if they were on PC

after MGR, no port has the excuse to be poor, that thing felt like it was made for PC, at least in my opinion when I played it

I have a friend who wants VF5 on Steam although he already has it on PS3.
But you would be the minority, it's not that popular compared to Tekken despite being the arguably better game.
I've already finished Vanquish and Valkyria Chronicles on PS3 but gimmie 'em again on PC. (+ Bayonetta)
Definitely want Valkyria Chronicles on PC just for the sake of being able to rid myself of my ugly 720p PS3.

but to actually answer your question, no it is not a stealth game
there are parts where you have the option of stealth killing enemies and getting some bonus points out of it, but most of the game is straight up action
