Usually I watch videos on 720p, but all of a sudden, buffering is just slow. I tried youtube on my ipod, and have the same problem. Half the time the video just stops buffering. I disabled hardware acceleration as well, and no dice.
Is it a problem with my router? I have a linksys e3000.
ISP is probably throttling you becasue you went over your data limit.
I've been having the same problem recently actually.

Are you americans slower than us New Zealanders?
Just saying it's highly unlikely.
Call and complain.
Test your connection speed:

If it isn't that then try updating, flash player, shockwave player etc. and if that doesn't work its probably youtube, its dodgy for me too occasionally.
Normally I'd say it's your connection, but I realize FP is not full of computer illiterate morons. Is your ISP throttling Youtube in any way? I heard Cox does that.
How many videos have you tried? Did you try 1080p just wondering?
Edit: Looking at pics of your router on Google, my friend has the same one (or very similar) and has nothing but problems with it, his connection loves timing out.
You say you have a Linksys? Try unplugging it for a few seconds.
but seriously, who is your ISP? Also, connection speed info would be nice...
