• Various Graphic (driver?) issues

I recently built a new computer and everything was going fine and dandy until I tried running Chivalry. Chivalry sometimes crashes my computer but not often, but the main problem is that the driver stops responding and chivalry only would run at 20 fps max. Last night it was running at 60 fps until my screen froze and a notification popped up saying "Amd display drivers have stopped responding but has successfully recovered" then it went back to 20 fps. I've tried reformatting and reinstalling various graphics drivers but it still doesn't work. Also, while playing Gmod, the screen would randomly freeze and I could only hear stuff from the game but not see it. My screen would also start flicking when I watch youtube videos but that hasn't happened for a while. I've tested other games such as Blacklight Retribution and Borderlands which would run at a constant 80 fps with no problems. I have a Radeon HD 7870 My specs: Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 Pro 64-bit CPU Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.40GHz 37 °C Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology RAM 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 757MHz (11-11-11-28) Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8Z77-V LK (LGA1155) 24 °C Graphics ASUS VS247 (1920x1080@60Hz) AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series Hard Drives 112GB SanDisk SDSSDX120GG25 (SSD)
For the YouTube part, go to a random video, right click on the video, turn off hardware acceleration or something like that. It fucks up most AMD cards.
That worked, thanks. Anyone got a fix for the game problems though?
