Hello, does anyone know any good programs to remove DRM protection so I can burn the tv shows and movies I bought on iTunes onto a DVD? Currently I'm trying to use daniusoft media converter pro and I can never get it to work. The first problem I have is the program says to run the video in a different window under the preference option but I don't have the option under preferences. Every time I try to run the program it says device error. I've tried a few different programs and they all want you to run the video in a different window and I can not get any of them work. I legitimately spent the money on iTunes and would like to be able to burn them onto a DVD so I can watch them on my TV. Its very frustrating to be punished for paying for something. Does anyone know of a legal way to remove the DRM protection on videos and tv shows?
Couldn't you technically just convert the video to another format then burn that?
I tried, the DRM protection won't let you convert the video.
This is why people pirate. I expect to be able to put what I have bought onto a disc/flash drive and watch it on my tv or wherever. Also why is iTunes so laggy and unresponsive.
This is why I'm so pissed to. I spent the money and can't do anything with the file and have to do all this shit to remove the protection. If I just stole it I wouldn't have this problem, and they wonder why so many people pirate things.
you have to re-encode it by using a program. it plays it full through and saves it to another file. it is time consuming and you cant do anything else while it it working.
They expect you to use airplay or an Apple TV, the former also requiring the latter
