I need a build with EVERYTHING [excluding Speakers] for $1450.
I'd like to stick with the Silverstone Raven 2 case, if you could.
I want to be able to ramp WoW on Max Settings and still get a steady 50-60 FPS.
The rest doesn't really matter, besides wanting a SpinPoint hard drive and a DVD Burner [Maybe a fan control thing if you can fit it in the budget?]
[It will also be used for some others games.]
Err.

Oops, I should add I want the DeathAdder mouse and the Lycossa Keyboard within the budget.

$1450? More like $500.
Well, I guess putting in a keyboard, mouse, monitor and OS will cost quite a bit, but still.
What resolution do you want?
I could do $1500.
I'd like to have a 23".
He is saying that you could max out WoW for about 1k less.
Oh fuck, for some reason my eyes said $1500.
Anyway, I'd like it to have like 100+ FPS in CS:S also.
Your eyes can fucking talk?
And, you can probably buy a pre-built computer at like best buy and it run CSS at 100+FPS. But why do you want it 100 plus? Your eyes can only see 60fps so anything extra you would not be able to notice.
I know, amazing.
I want to be able to show off my amazing skills of high fpsage.
And I'll be put down if I buy a pre-built :v:.
CS:S and WoW doesn't need to have a high-end computer to be played, unless you want to waste your money like shit.
4870/5770 is the highest graphic card you can afford it for this.
I never said I want to waste my money, I just said I want one that can play it on max settings with a good 50-60 FPS.
Dude, I can play CS:S with a 128 MB card, with minimum video resolution and options, but still, playable, so I guess a cheap 512 MB card would do the job.
Holy shit. READDDDDDDDDD.
I said I want it max settings with +100.

Just so you know, pretty much no computer can do 30+ FPS on max settings in Dalaran, in the middle of the day, just a heads up if you get disappointed when you get there.
Where did you get Dalaran from?
Oh, and anyone got any suggestions for a different case?

That's why Radeon HD 4870/5770 is the highest card you can afford it for your use.
Hell, I'm sure that 4870 is a better deal, because these cards have the same performance, but without DirectX 11 (which is not important for you)
[editline]01:18PM[/editline]
I would choose Vapor-X model if I were you

Well, thank you for anyone who don't have an account on Newegg (especially when you do not live in US).
AthlonII Dualcore
4650/4670/4770/5670
4 Gigs of RAM
My 4670 gets 120+ FPS if I remember correctly at 1366x768 in CS:S.

Much better build. You can get the Raven 1 or Raven 2 if you want, but it won't have as great air circulation as the HAF.
[url]http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=14102432[/url]
$900.88
$10 off when you get the keyboard+mouse combo deal.
Another $10 when you get the OS+GPU combo deal.
$20 off when you get the PSU+DVD burner combo deal.
And $12 when you get the CPU+case combo deal.
Then you can get $50 back through rebates.
So after combo deals and rebates, it comes to 798.88.
This will run pretty much everything out there at max. Your games won't stand a chance.

For playing WoW and CSS? Are you joking?

Switch this 5870 for an 5770/4870 and it's ok.

I agree, tho I would like to get a Phenom and Crossfire the 4870's, would that be able to run Fallout 3 well?
[editline]12:20AM[/editline]
Ok, so I traded for the Phenom x4, Crossfiring two 4870s, and got a 23" screen, got 6gigs of ram, and it all comes up to 12.
[url]https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/MySavedWishDetail.aspx?ID=9666209[/url]
Good?
The motherboard can't Crossfire.
You don't need 6GB RAM, hell, for the games you're wanting to play, 2GB will be plenty.
I'm not sure how good Sigma PSUs are.
It would have no issues running Fallout 3.
Do you have a better suggestion for a motherboard that can crossfire them?
And I just feel comfortable with 6 gigs of ram v:v:v
6GB RAM won't make much of a difference in gaming. Even in high end builds, most people get 4GB RAM since that's all games use right now.
And one 4870 is more than plenty for your games. Even at 1920x1080.
I know but I'm in the mood to crossfire.
But I still just want to use 6GB.
Do you have a suggestion for a mobo that can crossfire?
Both 6GB RAM and crossfiring your 4870s is excess. 4GB RAM and one 4870 will run pretty much everything out there on high except for maybe Metro 2033.
If you're going to get more of something, I'd say get a more powerful CPU. Like the 955:
