I just got System Shock 2 on Steam, and the game boots fine. However, I load up a new game and only a small part of the screen renders correctly; the remaining part of the screen is black. The small part is just a rectangle near the top left corner, and the game renders fine through that part. So it's pretty much unplayable.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Are you using any mods? I had a similar problem and it was caused by a texture mod installed. Deleted it and it got fixed.
Also try hardware mode, there's one if I remember correctly.
