Essentially, last night I powered down my system with no problems at all. Today however, when I boot up the system, all of the fans and my LED lights turn on, but there won't be any video on my monitor. Nothing within the USB devices work either as the lights on my razer deathadder nor the "lock" buttons on my keyboard light up. I can't confirm, but I think everything plugged into the 3.5 mm don't work either. I looked at my motherboard, and I originally saw the numbers "19, 35, and the letters FF" flash up continuously. At the moment the "FF" appears on the LED display, a red light flashes next to it as well. I attempted to reset the CMOS by removing the battery for 11 minutes, and setting it back in properly. After this happened, I now see a long standing number "54" followed by quick flashes of "19" and "FF". I attempted to leave only one stick of RAM in and start the computer up with no difference (unfortunately, my CPU heatsink makes it nearly impossible to put a RAM stick in the slot closest to it, I have to put it in the next one over). I checked to see if my video card was seated properly, and it is. I can also confirm that all of the fans are running as they should be including the CPU fan. At this point, I'm at a loss here. My specs are as follows.
AMD FX 8120 OC'd to 4.1 GHz
AMD Radeon 7950 HD Sapphire default clock
8 GBs of HyperX RAM on two 4GB sticks (set in dual channel, default clock)
1 TB 7200 RPM Harddrive (not sure the brand)
MSI 990-FX Military Class III
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
After market heat sink is a Gaia Xigmatek (1283 SD I think)
I also should mention that my computer has been running fine for the past several months. I overclocked the system two months ago with no problems as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It sounds like your CPU, mobo or memory is fried.
Unfortunately it's kind of hard to tell for sure which one is the problem.
All I can suggest is take it to a repair shop, unless anyone else here has ideas.

Well all things considered, it's more than likely the CPU as that was the only thing I messed with in terms of clock. I don't know why the MOBO or memory would fry already as I never messed with them. If it is the CPU I guess it wouldn't be too bad. I was thinking of getting an 8350 anyway.
