Team Fortress 2 Missing file; particles/water_dx80.pcf

When i try to go on any server it says that the server needs consistency of particles/water_dx80.pcf , or something, I'm guessing I don't have this file
Can anyone please help with this aggravating problem?
Thanks

Anyone? I've already tried the file integrity thing
Try and save your maps folder and reinstall TF2.
Search for the file in your TF2 folder, and delete it. Inconsistency means that your file differs from the servers
go to C:/Program files/Steam/steamapss/yoursteamusername then rename the Team fortress 2 folder into something like "Team fortress 2 old" then start up team fortress 2 so it creates a new folder then put the maps and such from the old tf2 folder to the new one if you want.
Maybe not the best solution
This is caused by Team Fortress Two updating. The client version of the game is newer than the server's hence the error about particles/water_dx80.pcf.
