Problem:
Whenever I'm playing COD5, from about 5 mins to a few hours it randomly freezes up/locks up and sound loops really fast. It hasn't started but recently, but seems to only happen when I play COD5, although I haven't tested it with other games yet. I cannot CTRL ALT DEL and I must restart PC from the front panel.
Troubleshooting: (all of which didn't resolve problem)
I disconnected my two secondary HDD's (the two bigger ones) and the problem still persists.
Ran Memtest86 and windows memory test with no errors.
Ran WinDLG on primary HDD with no errors.
Set BIOS settings all to default.
Checked all my core temperatures (GPU 50 - 60)(CPU 50 - 70)(HDDs 35 - 45)
Event Viewer doesn't seem to find anything wrong either?
Theories:
I've been doing alot of research on google about this...
power voltage for CPU is not supposed to be below 1.75v? (mine is running around 1.22v)
my CPU being OC'd because of Intel Turbo Mode?
Video card power connector below +12v (I have 1 converter)
Heat issues still not resolved
Faulty hardware? (I tested RAM with two programs, about to perform 3dmark)
Please help me this is starting to get out of my league! I only know so much about computers and came here for help because you've helped me so many other times.

HELP PLEASE!
You are probably running into incompatibility issues with Windows 7, I had a few games that worked for a while then stopped working for no reason, and I have the same OS as you. Try putting windows XP(or vista) on an extra HDD and use that for games that give you problems?
I'm assuming you have the integrated Realtek audio?

I'm using on-board sound input from the ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 mobo.
Check your drivers?
umm... which ones?
I'm out of town now, but before I left I got another crash even when I disabled the Intel Turbo thing. I will try to disable the AI Auto Clocker and test it when I get back (which won't be until maybe a week or two).
