5. Minimum 10x boost in all payouts because fuck Shark Cards
Until then, GTA V stays uninstalled on my machine.
Dedicated servers so we can fuck around with major mods online, a la the police mod in GTA IV.
Cheating is an inevitability, but with a decent set of admins on a server it's negligible.
GTA has a huge potential to spawn battle royale, rp, survival, etc type gamemodes/conversion mods but they're just total dicks. Considering how optimized GTA V's engine is, these types of modes would do great.
I mean come ON, look at SAMP. Over a decade old and it's still got full 200 player servers every day. GTAV is unique in that it is available to a wide range of players due to its excellent optimization. It's the one thing rockstar did very well as a business strategy by making more money from players that probably couldn't run the game if it wasn't optimized.
Optimization will make a dev far more money than the money spent in the optimization itself.
How about an Anti-Cheat system.

they have one: its called punishing the victim of hacks
How about separating Singleplayer and Multiplayer so I don't have to have 70GB of space taken up, too

I heard there's a thing GTAVMP. Is this dead or just got shutdown? I think it allowed modding.

and also actually letting people use online shit in singleplayer

This.
I couldn't care less about multiplayer.
I want content on singleplayer, but hey I guess that doesn't gives them money now, does it?...
player frailty and the police are at the top of my list at the moment
on account of somewhat exceptional circumstances i have everything i could ever possibly want in gtao so for the most part i just fuck around
but it's impossible to fuck around when the fucking fun police show up and getting dropped instantly from zero-delay pinpoint accurate bullet spray from 50 meters away isn't my idea of a good time

I love the idea of the police system but the way its scripted make them basically the same as a player with ESP that can spawn instantly ahead of you in a helicopter 100% of the time without fail

I only briefly played GTAO last month. On the third mission I couldn't do anything because I would be killed immediately every time. One or two shots was all it took and I didn't have the money (or level) to buy equipment that would actually be useful in the mission.
I don't understand how people play it all the time. You have no health and it takes forever to unlock anything.
