I've noticed my computers seems to load slowly, and has been rather unstable. I've had to restart it/turn it off around 8-10 times the last 2 days, and it's crashed about 5-7 times, many times at random. System Idle Processes isn't at 99 as it normally was, but fluctuates from the 80s to 99 randomly. I've scanned with Spybot: Search and Destroy, and it didn't find any viruses. I System Restored though, and now it seems everything is back to normal, but I still hesitate to start anything in fear of a crash.
Does anyone know what could be wrong with my computer? It was working perfectly Friday, but Saturday it started acting like this.

Just crashed again.

Just crashed again. I'm starting to think it's some sort of memory/data leak.
Also, I'm using Windows XP.
Sounds like a bloated registry,
Time for a reformat maybe?
Check your system event logs, is there an entry the moment before your computer crashes?
Overheating?
Check your Cpu temp.
Download CCleaner, use it to repair registry issues, remove unnecessary startup programs, and clean out unnecessary files. Also, defragment your hard drive.
