Left wallet on roof of car when pulling out of driveway, am I fucked?

This morning, I went to my car, and wondered how much money I had with me just in case I needed to go back k in the house to get some more. So, I took the money out of my wallet, put my wallet on top of my car, and counted the bills. Then, i backed out of my driveway and drove off. Now, my driveway is a little steep, and I was kind of aggressive backing out and turning the car. Should my wallet be near my driveway, or would it stay on top until I got going 60+ on the highway?

I know it's probable that it fell out near my house, and I live next to nobody so I'm not worried about anyone stealing it, but I froze my debit card anyway. Just want some FP assurance.

If your driveway is steep than it's most probable that it slid against the roof of the car and fell onto the asphalt or grass surrounding the car.

Did you look on the ground around your driveway?

Just go look for it, follow the path you took and pay special attention to places you were accelerating, braking, and turning.

update: the nice man who owns the trailer park I live near found it on the road and returned it to me
boy I'm lucky, if he was anyone else in that trailer park I would have been fucked. note to self: don't be a dumbass

I did this on accident outside of a 7-11 once, the wallet got flung off the roof during the U-turn 100 yards from the store, I realized it and U-turned again, went back, and I spotted it between the merging turn lane and the intersection. Took the same U-turn, and drove into the right turn lane off the highway while my ex jumped out of the car, ran, grabbed it, and ran back to the car, got in, and we drove off before traffic came our way.

That feeling when you fear your wallet could be anywhere between your house and where you realized it wasn't put back in your pocket - holy shit.
