Voting isn't over and it's not 'dead' yet.
Though so far it looks like it might not pass, nothing is definite.
The worst part about ACTA is that even if the parliament votes No on it now. It's still not dead. They can always sign it later and if the next group of elected politicians 2014 decides to re-vote for it. They can.
