Steam having trouble with my new headset microphone

So for my birthday last once I got a steelseries siberia v2 headset, it works great but with steam there are some issues. Steam has problem picking up my voice if I'm not raising it. I've tested it with other voice chat programs like mumble and it can pick me up just fine. I also checked my broadcast volumes for steam and windows and both of those are set to max. Also my audio drivers are updated (I assume they are, I'm using a audio card integraded into my graphics card and that's updated).

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

If that's the only problem you are having with steam voice than you are doing pretty good... But anyways, are you sure you raised to transmit volume in steam AND in the system sound panel?
