Looks like it'll be fun. Since it's a standalone DLC, I assume it'll be cheaper, smaller, and shorter than a regular Saints game. Although Gat is cool, I'm going to miss being able to customize my character.

i'm p sure i saw kinzie (who player 2 controls in co-op) wearing a couple of different outfits in some promo images somewhere, so you [I]might[/I] be able to at least change their clothes to some extent

There's no clothes customization. Player 2 is either Kinzie or Gat. In SP you can swap between Kinzie and Gat at your crib, but they both share the same levels and power-ups, so they're just a model and animation swap, essentially.

really? all the websites i looked it up on say that you can only play as gat in single player, and in co-op, the second player gets kinzie

I know I'm not alone when I say that I hope they stick to it being standalone and don't scrap it to release it next September as Saints Row 5.
