Yes, and they are up to date. I can't figure out how to fix it.

Download [URL="http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html"]HWMonitor[/URL] and make sure all your temperatures are below what google says.
If it is, then run [URL="http://unigine.com/products/heaven/"]Heaven benchmark[/URL] for a few hours on max, and see if your computer blue screens or any of the graphical glitches worsen.
If it does, and your certain it's not the temperature, then contact where you bought it from and they'll test it and replace it if it's still under warranty.

It seems you have the same problem i had a while ago, the problem being AMD's craptastic drivers.
I recommend you downgrade your driver to 12.6.
Download Driversweeper and download Catalyst 12.6. Goto Control Panel - System Security - device manager - display adapters - Double click your card name - click Tab Drivers - Uninstall -* Then Run driver sweeper - Tick box Ati Display - Click Analyse - Click Clean - Reboot the system - Then Install Catalyst 12.6 - Done.
