Well, somehow I got a trojan under the name of either "Win32/VBInject.gen!BW" or "Win32/RBot.gen!R".
I don't know how I got them, as I haven't been anywhere I'm not usually at, but the alerts started popping up, and I've been running scans non-stop.
I installed Ad-Aware, Spybot, Microsoft Security Essentials, and used McAfee in combination with all the other 3 to scan the computer.
Apparently it tries to start its evil, but my computer stops it from running. They find it fine, and they apparently remove it. But whenever I restart my computer, it's back again, but apparently blocked.
I'm really nervous about it. I'm at class right now, so I can't give a more detailed description without the computer in front of me, but I'm confident those are the names.
Does anyone know a sure-fire way of removing it?
Thanks in advance, I really need help.
Try using HitMan Pro, it worked for me.
Download the 30 day trail.
Try to remove in safe mode.
Try BitDefender. Works like a charm for me.
Trojans already in. No way to remove for sure except by clean install.
Sorry :(
