my ASUS VE247H's screen wont fill.. I even tried the overfill and it didnt work.
It says its on 4:3 and my resolution is the 1920 1800 setting

a quick google search says it's resolution is 1920x1080, which is a 6:10 aspect ratio if my memory serves me correctly, and you have it set to 4:3
set it to that exact resolution

Im attempting to but it wont let me....

It says Aspect control..
in it i can select full (than under that it says 4:3)
and over scan (which makes it a tiny bit bigger)
Ive tried selecting full
