The developers must be brain damaged if they think they can sell this for $50 and release it on the same day that Assassin's Creed 3, Hitman: Absolution, Planetside 2 and Scribblenauts Unlimited come out on PC.
As someone said in the other thread, The Simpsons Hit & Run looks better than this.

We don't even know how it plays until reviewers or some unlucky bastard picks it up and records it. Activision's been [i]way[/i] too tight-lipped on this game aside from random screenshots, but then that might mean even they think it's terrible / not gonna sell at all. No trailers, no advertising, and $50 for what looks like a last-gen game. :v:

The problem is that there's a good way to do cartoon graphics, and a bad way. This is the latter. South Park & The Stick of Truth is the former.

The visuals in Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse show what happens when you try to translate the visuals of a largely 2D show to a fully 3D environment with fully 3D characters; it just looks tacky.

I don't get all the hate.
The graphics might be kind of low poly, but it doesn't look bad. It looks true to the animation of the show. The game play just looks like a 3rd person shooter set in the moderately amusing Family Guy universe. If the game is too expensive, just wait a while. I'm sure Amazon or some distributor will have a decent cyber Monday deal or it'll go down in price after the holidays.
I'm not trying to defend the game. I haven't played it to form a decent opinion, but some posts on here just seem baseless.
I wanted to check this game out today and see what's $60 of worth is in it and went on Twitch to see a stream of it, went to the first streamer with the most views who plays this title and after 3 minutes of gameplay he did this:

Well technically, south park is made in 3d, only the pilot episode was made on actual paper.
