There's a problem in general for releasing dlc for a game where players can add their own custom content. The best DLC for games like Skyrim IMO are ones that expand the base systems in a way that adds content on their own, but best of all gives modders extra tools to use for expanding the game. A simple survival mod is something people could do on their own
