Hi there, I recently sold my old computer to a friend of mine. I promised him it was working (and it was until I gave it to him) but recently he's been experiencing a couple of computer restarts and crashes in games, maybe about 3 this week.
The computer isn't that old, maybe just over a year old, with some nice components.
I don't know what could be causing these problems, but tomorrow I'm going over again to have another look. Any suggestions? I checked the temperatures, they're all fine. No viruses or spyware etc, checked for that.
Any help would be appreciated thank you.

OP update the drivers and test, then write what the error code says
check for mini dumps
There is no error code, it just restarts, or freezes. It has the latest drivers.
It had a new hard drive when I gave it to him that he bought. I formatted it and partitioned it accordingly, and installed windows on it.
EDIT: Where do i get the mini dumps? If I can get those I can paste them here, or google the error.
