PC keeps freezing when on youtube or randomly if playing game and on skype

This problem originally started a long time ago and I do not remember when. The pc freezes and sound plays ultra slow for a long time before eventually recovering. I changed my graphics card and power supply fixing the problem but recently I added a second monitor and now the problem is happening again. Before it would freeze during anything from youtube to games but now after the new graphics card/power supply and adding a second monitor it only freezes during youtube or streams (videos). I really don't want to get rid of the second monitor so is there anything I can do ?
Here are a couple of quick videos of the problem. Recently the freezing only lasts for a short period of time so I have to rush to get my phone to record it but sometimes it goes on for ages.

Really sorry about the videos I was rushing to record it so I held the phone the wrong way both times. I would get a better video but this problem happens randomly and I cannot predict when it is going to happen.
And specs if it helps.

Check the temperatures with Speccy, could be overheating

From what I can tell I would assume that means it is not overheating.
Go onto a YouTube video, right click and turn off graphic acceleration or something like that. Sometime stops weird errors that AMD cards have when running YouTube videos.

I turned off Hardware acceleration when right clicking going onto settings on the youtube video. (has now been tested and did not work freezing still happens)
Another thing to note is that if I am running teamspeak3 and planetside 2 then the problem happens as well.
Just to give an update this problem is now resolved.
The solution.
It turns out it is because I just now started using a HDMI cable instead of a VGA cable. I put the VGA on my second monitor and used HDMI for my main one increasing my resolution causing the freezing.
This caused the problem because I only have 6gigs of memory. I am going to double it to 12 soon and until then will un connect the second monitor and just run my main off of the old VGA until the the memory gets here.
Thanks for the help you gave anyway fp.
Err, what if I told you a tablet can do 2560x1600 with no problem?
This isn't the issue, I had 1920x1080+1280x1024 with 2gb ram.
Did you ever consider reinstalling windows?

No I didn't think of re installing windows. That is why I posted here in the first place.

And the resolution must have to do with something because since I changed the HDMI back to VGA lowering the resolution it has not frozen on me once. So I know for fact it has something to do with it.
It was freezing on me like 6 times a day probably more and switching back has completely stopped the problem. Only problem is I would rather be having 1920-1080 not 1680-1050 and my second monitor so this fix is only temporary.

VGA & HDMI run on completely different levels. VGA is analog and DVI / HDMI is digital.
But really, just reinstall windows.

So much stuff on this pc to back up that I do not want to lose but if it will work I have no other choice.
Once I re install windows what are the chances of it happening again. Once I get back into my regular routine and have all my stuff re installed won't this just happen again ?
Well I am going to do it anyway so thanks for the help.
Just run a registry cleaner like in CCleaner and run the cleaner till everything is clean. Usually bad registries cause freezing.
