Hi guys, this was found in a friends dads toolbox and we have no idea what it is. He was a builder by trade.
Any help? Sadly that's the only photo I have.

I would really help to have a better angle of it. At first glace it looks like some sort of tiny metal cutter.

its hard to know what it does by 1 still, if it has any more motions i suggest you photograph them.

the handles make me think of a spokeshave, which is used for planing down planks and the like, might be what what you're looking for

though you can't really tell from a picture like this, would be better from an angle
Looks like a triangle hole punch to me.
looks like a 19th century corkscrew
More photos are really needed but its probably a wood working or draftsmans tool
To me it looks like the two arms are some kind of folding support for an thin object that is supposed to be placed right on top of them creating a flat surface, then the triangle shaped punch looking thing would be struck with a hammer. Could be used to hold an object that needs some shaping or bending. It also appears that that triangle shaped bar can go all the way through to the bottom of the wood block, so it could be placed on top of something to hammer a part in, or make a triangle shaped depression at a specific depth (note the little screw thing that can be hand tightened onto the triangle bar if you slide it down).
Yeah it looks like you can get different shaped bars to punch holes in objects that you can either place ontop of the arms, ontop of or under the wood block.
But please get a better perspective of that, it's really hard to see what the surfaces are from such a flat perspective.
David Cameron?
It's a dildo.
