I have this problem, when I go to the "Free Apps" in Itunes Store, and choose a game, and download it, it takes me to the "Please review your account information" place.
So I continue and there I need to enter a credit card number.
So why the hell do I need to enter a credit card number if I want to download a free game?
If this is in wrong section, please move
Are you sure in your account settings you checked the 'none' under payment options? iTunes is gay like that.

The games are the same for any itouch or iphone. Look around, you'll find something. imo, the best games cost 1$.

iPod Nanos can't play anything from the App Store. You have to download from a different selection of games. (App Store> iPod Click Wheel Games)
