Fun fact, out of most of my hours on CSGO, I've played Dust 2 99% of the time. I'm a filthy casual. I've never played anything besides Dust 2, Mirage, Cache, and Inferno. Lmao is there a place I can count my maps played?
I am sick of Dust 2, maybe an update will make me like it again.
I always thought Dust was better than Dust2. Kind of miss those days
I always thought Dust was better than Dust2. Kind of miss those days
Yeah, I remember quite a lot of people liked playing it on CS 1.6 and even a bit on CS:S. A bit shame that it's not part of the "competetive" which is all there is to it in CS:GO nowadays. Also Office is fun as fuck. Tedious, but fun at the same time.
If its an updated version, shouldnt it be called "Dust 3"? Unless there is aready a map under that name

Dust 2.1 then
There actually was another Dust map made by the original designer. Never played it, but It looks interesting.

There was also a map which combined dust and dust_2 into a single unified map. From what I remember it was surprisingly good. The level was quite large by CS standards, but that's a given.
I hope they keep dust 2 in its own queue. There's no reason not to, as people who only play dust 2 will only vote dust 2.
Dust 2.1 then
We didn't rename Train, Inferno, Cobblestone, or Nuke with a number after them when Valve reworked them.
