Desktop suddenly won't start up, even BIOS setup won't load

[b]OKAY IT FOR SOME REASON STARTED WORKING AGAIN, PROBABLY JUST A HUMAN ERROR.

So, I was restarting my Desktop because I was for some reason starting to have sound issues (laggy/glitchy sound)
And now I can only get to the Asus splash screen.
When I try to press Delete to open up the SETUP screen, it gets stuck on "Entering SETUP ..."

What the actual fuck has happened, and how do I fix it?

Specs:
OS: Win7 64-bit
RAM: 6GB @ 1600MHz
GPU: GTX 480
CPU: Intel i7 920 @ standard clocks
Mobo: Asus P6T Deluxe

Also something worth noting, the last things I did was:

1 - Uninstalling software for a logitech mouse I don't have anymore
2 - Start up TrackMania, at this point I noticed that my Razer Blackwidow (keyboard) wasn't working anymore
3 - While trying to make it work (connecting it into other USB ports etc) the sound starts glitching the fuck out
4 - Attempt restarting

Uh, so apparently, turning off the PSU for 5 minutes, and then attempt starting it again worked.
