Deus Ex Unreal Revolution is a mod for the original Deus Ex that acts as a parody of Deus Ex: Human Revolution while providing commentary on the video game industry and modern gameplay mechanics.[/QUOTE]
How pretentious. DX:HR was awesome.

DX:HR was better than the original in quite a few ways. While I like the original more just for the sake of storyline, characters, and so on, DX:HR has much better gameplay for both combat and nonlethal. Getting rid of skills and making augmentations the main source of your abilities was also a great addition. That being said, I still wish there was some sort of gun skill. Being able to pick up a rocket launcher and use it effectively right away is a bit silly, but besides that, DX:HR is great. DLC was a bit annoying, but wasn't too bad. The guns you get are pretty ineffective, but the missions you can purchase are generally worth it.
