Should have made it a GTO spinoff and call it Great Attorney Onizuka I would play the shit out of that.
Now I'm a little more interested than before- let's hope the fact that it's Japanese based doesn't mean there will not be a western port later on.

There's just no way

So does this mean the Wright saga is over?

They still went with it in Dual Destinies despite there only been one or two mentions of the English version being set in America in the original trilogy. [editline]27th April 2014[/editline]
So does this mean the Wright saga is over?
It was a trilogy and it's been over for a decade. The original T&T game was out on GBA in 2004.
It adds to the strangeness of the series when they say its america, to be honest.
One of my favorite cases was the crime family in Apollo Justice. The wife was wearing a kimono but spoke with a Russian accent, the father was Italian, and the son talked like a street gangster. And they all lived in a traditional Japanese mansion in Los Angeles.
Honestly the only time it really sticks out is when they go to extremely Japanese places like shrines or old villages.
you mean like half of ace attorney 2
yes
When I first played Ace Attorney I had no idea it was originally from Japan.
i hope they keep the japanese names, it would fit as much as i'll miss names like sal manella, cammy meale, ini miney and (my fave) luke atmey
