This after I removed L4D2 to save disk space :suicide:
Holy fuck yes i loved that campaign... who im kidding i loved all the L4D1 Campaigns.
game stores are probably paying people to take dusty unwanted copies of L4D1 off of their shelves
L4D1 is probably going to become F2P now. I mean it feels like some sort of Demo to L4D2.
I always thought L4D1 had better campaigns so I love what they're doing here.
Don't know why they're even selling L4D1 though.
I wish they made a game, which would be freely available for anyone owning L4D1, to give it some more worth.
final nail in the coffin would be for l4d2 to have a vanilla mode where you can play the l4d1 maps with l4d survivors and infected.
unless they already did that

there is a custom mutation for that

They'll probably take it off the market soon enough. As of now there is still content in L4D1 that L4D2 doesn't have ( Death Toll, Crash Course, Last Stand ) but any smart person would know their money would be better invested in L4D2 at this point.

Also I'm not sure if console versions are getting the L4D1 campaigns in L4D2, if that's the case then I can see why they would keep selling it.
I'm sure it would be quicker just to let all L4D2 owners to have L4D for free.
I still haven't got L4D1/2. I am regretting it more and more. How good is it compared to other zombie-like games?

it's good for a few hours with friends then it kinda gets boring

For the 360, they can't get out the L4D1 campaigns in a free update. 1 major free update per game, thats why the Orange Box on the 360 doesn't have the new TF2 stuff or something.

Personally I love the first and have put a ton of time into it but not so much the second one.
valve should just stick to the ps3, i mean, fucking mag got so many huge updates over the past year and now it's actually a good game and got an ingame store that wasn't there until a year after release
Because no one plays valve games on the 360 and it totally wont drop some profits. Good idea.
I guess Valve's going to do to L4D1 what they did to portal. Not make it free, but give it away at every possible occasion.
Speaking of beta campaigns...
Still awaiting more Cold Stream beta updates that include entire maps scrapped and rebuilt to make the campaign actually enjoyable to play.
