It's not there anymore, it used to be in the GMod section
maybe everyone stopped moaning.
I figure there is no reason to have a section for discussing updates as there would be nothing to discuss.

It also had requests, Bug reports, and you could just bitch, too.
Garry removed it because it was "superfluous" and we should use developer forum. Best we might get is an update thread.
Isn't github used for bug reporting and such anyways?
