Windows 7 BlueScreen 1033 BCcode 116 (Basically Nvidia Video Card Fail)

Alright,
I have this major problem that seems to be bothering me a lot now.
Everytime I get five minutes into games such as Heroes and Generals or Civilization V or sometimes Garrysmod my computer fan speeds like 100x times fast and then it shuts off.
When I reboot it sometimes just stay on a black screen with my mouse.
Other times it does that for 15 minutes and then proceeds to work.
I ruled out that it was the video card when I took a Memory Diagnose and found no error and had conformation from like a lot of sources that said its a Nvidia Graphic Card.
I am currently using Nvidia Geforce GTX 570.
I already re-installed the video card driver with a clean install twice, still get the same error.
Any help?
Try older drivers?

same problem with the latest nvidia gt555M driver
Its just a bunch of shit
I think I'm on driver 320.18 any one recommend something else?
Agh this problem is killing me, there is literally no solution.
EDIT:
Sorry for double post, didn't realize.
If the fan speeds ramp up it could be a sign of overheating, check temps when playing games

Yep yep. Definatly overheating. I cleaned everything up and I have an external fan blowing into the computer (So sketchy) but I don't know why it's happening now. I'm going to try to run it one more time with all the dust I cleaned off.

Try 314.22

Trying it right now. I'll get back to you soon.
I can confirm that driver version 320.18 is causing the problem.
It's so bad, a small amount of people's GPU's have "died" from the update. A quick Google will show you how bad it is.
For anyone who hasn't reverted back already, do it now.
Well, I realized that the problem is probably not internal.
It probably has to do with the fact that my GPU ranges from:
154F 68C -200F 93C
I don't think that's good. But, I can't figure out how to keep it cooler! I've taken out so much dust, I have 2 fans plus a 620v fan that connects to the graphic card and other cores (Can't remember the name for it.)
The driver has caused some of the cards to overheat, causing them to fry eventually.
If you have rolled back and it's still overheating, then I really don't know.
