Whenever I try to connect to the internet, It doesn't bring up the password screen.
Why?
I cannot connect to the internet or App store because of it.
But it says it is connected... huh?

What Encription? (if WPA/WPA2) (TKIP, AES, TKIP+AES)

Are you talking about hotspots? Just launch Safari, it'll pop up.
Possibly a problem with your router, it is connecting to the network, but the network isn't connecting to the internet. At least, that's what I have sometimes.
