A few days back i bought the Samsung Galaxy Appollo GT I5800. I came to use Samsung Kies and when i connect the phone to the computer and select "Samsung Kies" on the device, Samsung Kies Says "Connecting", this is all it says . I have left Kies connecting for an hour to see if that would do the trick , It didn't make a difference.
So any ideas on how to fix this ?
I am running the device on Firmware version 2.1.
On your phone, Kies should be giving you an IP and port to connect to, EG 192.168.1.20:8080.
Just type the IP:PORT into your computer's browser and allow access from the phone.
When i've selected kies should it say it somewhere?

Right thanks i've gotten it to work.Got it to work finaly through transfer cable, thank anyway.
Wait are you trying to use Kies Air or wired Kies?
