Building a computer for my car (media / older gaming). Advice appreciated.

So basically I would like to start a project where I build a computer for my car. I've chosen some MiniITX stuff that should run Windows 7 and media software quite well. I'll probably invest in a touchscreen display, but I haven't really gotten the chance to look for a decent one under $150 (preferred).
Here's what I'm wanting to do with this rig:
-Play older games on whatever graphics setting the board will allow (HL2, GMOD, etc.)
-Play videos and music via DivX / WMP / iTunes
-Navigate through touch screen and voice (Dragon Naturally Speaking)
- Play older Roms (pretty much not a problem on any machine)
Anyhow, here's the build I have proposed. It seems powerful enough for the price and size.

I'm just hoping this can fit under one of my seats in the car. If not, I'll have to put it on the back floorboard and cover it with some rugged material so it won't break when stepped on. (Wood / rubber / felt?).
Anyways, any tips or advice would be much obliged. If you can point me towards a decent screen and maybe some cheaper / nearly equivalent parts it'd be appreciated.
Thanks!
Just because I like better than onboard graphics I'd spend $30 - $50 on a dedicated GPU like a 9500 GT or something a bit cheaper than that, Other than that the build looks good.

Also 4 gb would be just fine for what you want to do and if you cheapened the motherboard you could get a better graphics card.
Get an i3 2100 or an AMD Llano. They have powerful enough IGP-s.
You HAVE TO get a SSD. They cost more, are small, but they won't break like a mechanical drive in your car.
Just a cheap 64GB one will be good enough, you do not need the SSD speed, you need the solid state.
