Valve shouldn't give a shit. Giving their [I]games[/I] out for free? Fine! I wouldn't care if they sued you or something. But giving their [I]sounds[/I] out for free? You'll be fine. Valve isn't a bunch of assholes. They won't sue you for redistributing those sounds.
If they did that then they wouldn't include a button to take screenshots of their games, after all you're "redistributing images of copyrighted textures".
But the screenshots aren't useful in any way if it were distributed. Sounds are.

Yeah. Buy the game. Get the GCF scape or what ever it's called, and extract the sounds from the game. It's that easy. Or you can always ask a friend to do it for you.

you dont need gfc scape for it, they are in sounds folder
Why do people keep telling me to buy the game? My PC sucks, and can't run it. Maybe on 2-3 FPS on absolutely lowest settings, dxlevel 70 and fullbright.

go to the sound folder in your left 4 dead game files, same way as yo add stuff to Gmod, the file for that sound is called RadioButton1Extended40.wav, in the npc sound folder, the folder with his sounds is churchguy
If you have the game legitimately.
Download GCFscape, navigate to your steamapps folder, and click Left4dead sound.gcf. From there just find out what sound you're looking for an extract it to were ever you want.
