Which cars should I consider to buy? (and then buy)

Top priority is technology (after safety of course). Is there a car that costs around $30,000 and has one of these things?

The screen should be big as well.

To me, $30,000 seems like a lot of money for a car. Maybe you should just pick something you like the look of and then spend a chunk of the money altering it to suit your needs.
