How big of a difference is there in these two batteries?

noticable difference?
for a thinkpad L540

so worth? it is around a 10 buck upgrade. also since the "better" one is cylindrical, will it make the laptop "bigger"?

The back will bulge out more, it applied to my X230 battery. I have a 3 or 4 cell, a 6 cell and a 9 cell battery and the smaller batteries don't protrude.
