Garry's Mod wont load and I have a weird Windows message.

Ok guys, quick question. When I try to run GMOD, after the latest update, I removed PHX because it is now apparently included in GMOD. So, when I went to go play it, I get this message, "Client.dll Init() in library client failed."
And, in the bottom right corner of my screen, I have this weird thingy that wont go away, "Windows 7 Build 7600 This copy of Windows is not genuine." Even though I purchased this laptop new. It could be a simple matter of restarting, which I will try later because I'm up for some gaming right now.. But any help would be appreciated, especially on the GMOD subject.

I bought it yesterday and just get a HL2.exe stopped working message. ):
I got it with CSS though, so it's not much wasted money.
