I recently had sleep paralysis and god damn that shit was terrifying. It was my first experience with it and I couldn't move at all and I thought I was going to die. I eventually snapped out of it though.
So has anyone else any experience with sleep paralysis?
Maybe the Sleep and Dreams megathread is the right place to ask this, instead of making a new thread.
I've had it a few times. I thought I was still sleeping. It didn't bother me.
I have it a few times a month, I hate it
