Was thinking about this yesterday. Mine's around 50-60, how bout you
Mine's about ~84 Dont know if thats good or bad.
oops i have 92 i need to do more cardio
Mine's about ~84 Dont know if thats good or bad.
Not too bad I think. The general idea is that, if your heart beats less than once per second (when resting,) then you are in good fit. But if your heart rate is like 120 when resting, then.. it has its own implications, like you may possibly be over-weight. As for mine, it's about the same as yours last time I checked. I am not in terribly good condition.
Mine's in the low 70's. Pretty average.
85
90-100. It's really not good. Sometimes it actually skips a beat, followed by a heavy beat almost as if it forces itself into rythm again. I'm fucked aren't i?

Going on a walk/jog/run to help is never a bad idea [editline]16th June 2014[/editline]
see a doctor
yeah maybe this too
93 sounds bad

I'm fucked aren't i?
May sometimes feel like your heart skips a beat, but it's probably not that. It is a general saying around the world too, heart skipping a beat.. if that's of any comfort. But yeah you're right, your heart rate is a bit high. There are things you can do about it. [editline]16th June 2014[/editline] Things that most of us should be doing, it seems..
about 70. Which is good: I've been doing cardio for a month of so now. Before, it easily hit 80-90.
low 70s represent [editline]16th June 2014[/editline]
90-100. It's really not good. Though sometimes the heart skipping a beat thing happens to us all, but 90-100 is a bit high and warrants checking out.
Around 100 It's twice as high when I'm worked up
68
66, is that any bad
Around 100 It's twice as high when I'm worked up
That sounds really dangerous actually
Around 100 It's twice as high when I'm worked up
more fodder for the cardio war machine
66, is that any bad
That's pretty ideal really, especially if you don't do sports very often
Around 100 It's twice as high when I'm worked up
are you measuring it right
66, is that any bad
no, that's usually bog-standard. Specially if you don't exercise often.
How do i find out what mine is?
0
59 per minute for me.
How do i find out what mine is?
Press against your neck under the corner of your jaw, or measure your radial pulse by placing three fingers and pressing your lower forearm just below the joint of your thumb. Count the number of beats up to 60 seconds, profit.
How do i find out what mine is?
Count the amount of times your heart beats in 15 seconds by keeping fingers on your blood vessel in the neck/wrist. Multiply by four to get your resting heart rate, since that's how much it beats in a minute.
That sounds really dangerous actually
Yeah, I probably drink too much
