Title says it. I can't restore this phone. I've put it into DFU mode (at least I think I have, see below), and it refuses to restore. Any other suggestions besides taking it to the Apple store?
I've done the necessary things to force the phone into DFU mode, like holding the power button and the home button. The screen goes blank with the power still on, then I attempt to restore it but no luck.
Any help?
well are u trying to jailbreak it or just want to restore it?
Try using different sync cables, different usb ports, and if need be different computers.
I was getting an error 14 on a 3G iphone, and one of the above options finally worked.
