How can I play my Ipod music through the car stereo?

I was looking into ways to play music from my Ipod in the car, and I saw there are radio transmitters that broadcasts the music and plays it over the car radio. I really want one, but I do not know which one to choose, as I have never dealt with things like this.
I was thinking of this

since it's only 20 bucks, but lack of pictures and reviews makes me weary.
I have a cassette that has a wire attached that plays music, but the car I primarily drive does not have a cassette player. Is there one of these types of devices made for the CD player of a car?
I'm open to mostly anything, and the max I would like to spend is 30 dollars, though I can go up to 50, if I can be assured I am paying for a quality device.
I can buy online off of newegg, if that helps the search.

Oh, and is there a type of adapter that does tape to cd? That would work for me also.
No, there isn't one for CD players. You will need an FM transmitter unless your radio has an AUX port.
If you have an Aux input you could just use that, unless the car is pretty old like mine.
Ninja'd... :ninja:
Rate me bad reading, didn't see he had the words cassette.
What if you get an adapter for the lighter socket.

What!? How would plugging your ipod into the cigarette lighter socket make it play music though your cars speakers?

Using an adapter that fits the lighter socket, the other end has the bit needed to plug in the iPod, select Aux or radio to play the music through the speakers. It's been a while since I've done it.

Oh and what about a cassette to CD converter? I saw someone talking about " Seriously considering a $2.99 old school tape to CD adapter - it would probably sound better " on new egg. Where can I Get one of these "$2.99 old school tape to CD adapter "

How does this look? It seems to cover the full FM range giving me the choice of whatever Freq. I can use.

Cmon someone has to be able to recommend something, or answer some of the questions.

Get that one, works with my iPod touch. Actually, works with anything with a 3.5mm jack. It includes an adapter to convert between 2.5mm (which the device has) to 3.5mm.
FM Transmitters kinda sound bad... But if you don't have an aux input then it's really all you have.

That seems unreal for there to be a 60 dollar price drop.
