How can I play my Ipod music through the car stereo? - Hardware & Software

I was looking into ways to play music from my Ipod in the car, and I saw there are radio transmitters that broadcasts the music and plays it over the car radio. I really want one, but I do not know which one to choose, as I have never dealt with things like this. I have a cassette that has a wire attached that plays music, but the car I primarily drive does not have a cassette player. Is there one of these types of devices made for the CD player of a car? I'm open to mostly anything, and the max I would like to spend is 30 dollars, though I can go up to 50, if I can be assured I am paying for a quality device. No, there isn't one for CD players. You will need an FM transmitter unless your radio has an AUX port.

If you have an Aux input you could just use that, unless the car is pretty old like mine. Ninja'd... :ninja: Rate me bad reading, didn't see he had the words cassette.

What if you get an adapter for the lighter socket.

It's been a while since I've done it.

FM Transmitters kinda sound bad... But if you don't have an aux input then it's really all you have.
