• New mouse: Mouse pointer doesn't want to move (buttons work)
    6 replies, posted
Hello FP users. So, I have been to Poland to visit my family and stuff, and I say a nice mouse on sale, it is a 'Tracer TRANSFORMER' mouse (TRM-504). I have used it on a laptop in Poland, and it was working no problems. I am now back in UK at home, I tried to install the mouse on my desktop computer, and... poo. The pointer doesn't want to move with the mouse. All the buttons work with no problems, same with the scroll wheel, its just the pointer doesn't want to move. Any suggestions/helps? I don't know if its a laser problem, but I have no way ATM to try it out on a different device. Thanks, Dominik.
Is there plastic protection on the bottom? Take that off.
If Im thinking of the same thing as you are, I can't, everything is stuck to it.

Did Windows installed the drivers itself ?
Yeah, they did. I tried to do them manually, but as this is a Polish mouse, there is no bloody drivers to be found. On a different computer it installed themselves as well, and it was working fine. This is really getting on my nerves now.
I just googled your mouse and 9£ for a gaming mouse is horrible and too cheap, no wonders why it's already fucking up.
