anyone know a good, reasonably priced mouse that has Force feedback? p options available in the UK/Ireland preferenced

How does a mouse with force feedback work? I could understand vibration, but wouldn't force feedback require it to be anchored to something?
Mice? With force feedback? How the hell are you supposed to click/aim at things if your hand is shaking all over the place? :v:
