I think I already see one major flaw that could come up with Overwatch.

A lot of characters, and trying to make me care about them all (aside from Tracer).

TF2 characters are memorable and quotable, Will the heroes of Overwatch be memorable? Will the balance be good? If not then there will be trouble.
