I have a 16 gig Microsoft Zune that has been having problems on and off. All of them have fixed themselves when remote updates came out, but this problem has yet to be solved. Whenever I turn on my Zune, the pad doesn't work no matter what, touch or scroll. After a remote update I can use the pad for about 2 minutes before it stops working. Any help? I haven't bothered going to Microsoft website, I haven't had time. This has been going on for about 4 days.
